Study the images above who got better behaviour???I read an article in the Swede newspaper that urinating in walls and streets cost you a fine of SEK 800 (equivalent to Php 5800,-) whew!!!! what a good idea.
Hope this will happen in the Philippines. SEK 800,- is a one month salary of a laborer...fatay bitok.
I wonder if MEN have a brain of dog or what. It is acceptable to pee in the nature it fertilize though but urinate among people? hmmm just so disgusting, mildly said.
