Winter

Wintertime, advent and soon christmas time.
Most of the houses and the sorroundings are decorated with lights we call christmas lights.
People are busy preparing all the stuffs for christmas from cookies to glögg, all the gifts getting distributed to everyone. All the christmas cards to be sent to all the relatives and so called friends to far and near you are not even in touch to them the rest of the year. Isn't it strange?

I was born christian and christmas has been a part of my tradition though I am not so fanatic nor fun of it. I celebrated it cause I've been carried by the masses and did not know any other than this. I liked the way we celebrate christmas at home in the Philippines where people attend mass every dawn in our parish church about 5 kms away.

Right now, I am fantacising how it was before during my time back at home in the Philippines.
Even if I am not a believer, I still prefer the way we celebrate christmas in the Phils. rather than celebrating it here where Donald Duck cartoon film has been the midpoint of the christmas eve, it makes no sense.
